Serap Kulak

Originally from Kuşadası, Serap Kulak was born on January 21, 1989, in Denizli due to her father’s profession. Growing up in a family deeply involved in the construction industry, she developed an early interest in real estate, architecture, and project development. Through her father’s construction company, she gained firsthand exposure to construction processes, project management, and real estate development from a young age.

Kulak completed her primary and secondary education at Menderes Anatolian High School. She later earned her undergraduate degree from Gazi University and completed her master’s degree at Bilkent University, building a strong academic foundation for her professional career.

She began her professional career in both the corporate and public sectors, holding positions at prominent institutions such as TRT, Habertürk, and the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Following her corporate experience, she pursued entrepreneurial ventures and spent several years operating her own businesses.

Since 2020, Serap Kulak has focused her career on the real estate, architecture, and construction sectors. After managing projects through her own architectural office, she specialized in land investments and commercial real estate. Over the years, she has developed extensive expertise in investment analysis, project development, and commercial real estate consultancy, establishing a career centered on investment-oriented real estate solutions.

Combining the construction experience inherited from her family with her academic background and professional expertise, Serap Kulak has been serving as the General Manager of MyGroup24 for the past two years.

She continues to lead and contribute to real estate investment projects, land development initiatives, and commercial real estate consultancy services. Through her industry knowledge, entrepreneurial mindset, and investment-focused vision, she plays an active role in creating and managing value-driven projects for investors and stakeholders alike.
